If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must:

Be unused

Be unworn

Include all original tags

Be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned once worn or opened unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours.

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return has been inspected.

Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
